Krystle is an advocate for neurodiversity and women in STEM. Her unique approach, blending finance expertise with behavioural insights, has earned her recognition with awards such as the Great British Businesswoman Award 2022 and Top 100 Women INvolve Yahoo Future Leaders 2022. Beyond her consultancy, she is a Mental Health  First Aider, serves as the Director of charities like Abianda, Board Director of Thriveologie and her insights have been featured on ITV, the Telegraph, and BBC Radio, affirming her position as a leading voice in socially responsible finance and empowerment.
