Krystle McGilvery - Actress

Krystle is currently training at Kingdom School of Arts, on an acting programme rooted in Stanislavski and Meisner techniques, combining deep character work with improvisation, screen presence and vocal mastery. Her training includes text analysis, self-tape technique, voice work and live scene study, with a strong focus on instinct, emotional truth and industry readiness.

This builds on a lifelong interest in performance, from GCSE Drama to short courses at Sylvia Young Theatre School and Levels 1 and 2 Improv with Box of Frogs in Birmingham.
Krystle thrives on the blend of technical craft and spontaneous play, bringing presence, vulnerability and curiosity to every role.

Her screen experience includes:
-
Extra in Spike Lee’s Da 5 Bloods
-

-
Role in a short film for Birmingham City Council (domestic violence theme)
With a neurodivergent perspective, Krystle draws from real life to create performances that are raw, thoughtful and grounded. She is fascinated by voice, human complexity and the power of unscripted moments.
